Tangy Miso & Mayo Salad Dressing

This tangy and creamy dressing is perfect with a kale salad, potato salad, fried tofu, or roast veggies.

Ingredients

  • fresh ginger
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup white miso paste
  • ¼ tsp soy sauce
  • ½ lemon, juiced

Method

  • Peel and grate the ginger to yield ¼ teaspoon.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, miso paste, grated ginger, soy sauce and the lemon juice.
  • Whisk until well combined.
