Tangy Miso & Mayo Salad Dressing
This tangy and creamy dressing is perfect with a kale salad, potato salad, fried tofu, or roast veggies.
Ingredients
- fresh ginger
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup white miso paste
- ¼ tsp soy sauce
- ½ lemon, juiced
Method
- Peel and grate the ginger to yield ¼ teaspoon.
- In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, miso paste, grated ginger, soy sauce and the lemon juice.
- Whisk until well combined.
